We have our own in-house drafting department and are prepared to engineer the home of your dreams. If you can dream it, we can build it! That is our motto. When you purchase your home from us, there are no additional costs for us to design and/or engineer the home of your dreams. Try that with a conventional home! This allows you to have a custom home priced comparable to standard package prices. Even if you start with one of our many standard designs tell us what modifications you would like and we'll take it from there. Want to push that wall our 10 ft or run the dormer the entire length of the house? Just let us know and we'll do it for you. We guarantee 30 day delivery on your log package and we give you a lifetime warranty on our product as long as our buildling specifications are followed.
